CERTIFIED TRANSLATION
You may need certified translation services for documents required by governmental or other entities for various purposes (applications for citizenship, powers of attorney, academic certificates gained in other countries, etc.)
In Portugal, certifying a translation consists of (a lawyer, notary or similar legal entity) certifying the translator's identity, who, in turn, attests to the accuracy of the translation.
In addition to certification, New Words is able to Apostille documents (a formality that certifies the authenticity of documents issued by a country party to the Hague Convention administered by the Hague Conference on Private International Law to be used in another country that is also party to the convention).
PROOFREADING
